I am Back!!

Well here I am again back after how long? so where do we go from here now that all of the children are growing up and how do we spend our time....what song is that from? it is running through my head and I can't remember all the words!
It is the middle of summer and canning/freezing is in full swing. I really should be spending most of my time in the kitchen putting up the garden's bounty. I did make buns today but didn't do the pickles as I had planned-well there is always tomorrow!!
Maybe after the craziness of summer is over I will be more diligent with this blog. I would like to share my cards, my ideas, my sewing, my cooking. I guess I couldn't really put my blog into a neat little compartment since I  am a jack of all trades and master of none.

This will be my attempt at one step at a time. I am inspired by The Happiness Project and want to use some of the tools from it's toolbox to make my life more meaningful, productive and happy! I think I am happy now,but I know I procrastinate and waste so much time.  I have so many ideas swirling around in my head and that is where they stay for the most part. So here I go on a new journey.  I have tried different approaches many times in my life, but I feel the clock ticking and want to make the most of the minutes I have left. I am hoping my posts might help someone else take the steps to make their life meaningful and happy! Welcome all who enter here.
