PERSONAL COMMANDMENTS
It's time to be happy- It's time to feel better than just Ok
- It's time to stop dwelling on feelings of past hurt
- It's time to embrace optimism and happiness
- It's time to relax and tune out negative emotions like shame and guilt
- It's time to accept who I am, and what I want in my life
- It's time to believe in my talents and potential
- It's time to realise I am a good, caring person
- It's time to love and look after myself
- It's time to realise nobody is perfect, and accept help
- do what you dread the most....FIRST!!!!!!
- you can get time if you get up EARLY
- Think about MONEY when you are demotivated to work
- Dont waste TIME...you've already done that too much
- work in day and take out time for LOVE at night
- Love myself - I'm a beautiful person

- Read the Bible and speak God's Word daily.
- Smile! Be enthusiastic!
- Look for opportunities to bless and encourage others daily and make investments in their lives.
- I can change the affect of the past on the future. Always believe in and go after my dreams!
- Just do it! Get over it! Say yes! Act the way I want to feel!
This will be my attempt at one step at a time. I am inspired by The Happiness Project and want to use some of the tools from it's toolbox to make my life more meaningful, productive and happy! I think I am happy now,but I know I procrastinate and waste so much time. I have so many ideas swirling around in my head and that is where they stay for the most part. So here I go on a new journey. I have tried different approaches many times in my life, but I feel the clock ticking and want to make the most of the minutes I have left. I am hoping my posts might help someone else take the steps to make their life meaningful and happy! Welcome all who enter here.
